Description
FERDUQUE 2026 will be held from June 5th to 7th in Porzuna and features a comprehensive program aimed at the general public and professionals in the agricultural and livestock sector. The fair, organized by the Mancomunidad Estados del Duque and ASAJA, will take place from June 5th to 7th in Porzuna, with free activities and many places available by prior reservation through the official website. The event combines technical demonstrations, tastings, and cooking demonstrations with family leisure activities and rural tourism offers to promote the agricultural, livestock, and hunting potential of the region.
Pre-registration is required for many activities with limited capacity and can be done through the program section of www.ferduque.es. Many experiences, such as cooking demonstrations, tastings, and workshops, require advance booking to guarantee a place. Visitors can now register for live cooking demonstrations, wine, olive oil, and honey tastings, hunting demonstrations with simulators, and other children's and professional workshops included in the program. Group tastings and communal meals will remain open to all attendees without registration.
The showcooking program includes offerings from local chefs and restaurants, with sessions scheduled for Friday evenings and family activities throughout the weekend. Highlights include culinary demonstrations focused on game and local products. On Friday, there will be two demonstrations organized by the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, featuring local chefs. On Saturday afternoon, a children's showcooking demonstration with game, organized by Asiccaza, will take place, and on Sunday at midday, the restaurant 'La Zaranda' will present a specialized showcooking demonstration. These initiatives aim to promote game and local products through educational and informative formats.
